My photographic work highlights Iowa birds, plants, animals and landscapes. I enjoy capturing uncommon views of common subjects with most of my camera-time at Iowa's state and county parks, urban areas, or in my home gardens.
My photography has appeared in several exhibits and shows including Octagon Center for the Arts, Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge, Ankeny Art Center, Des Moines Public Library and The Galleries at Jester Park Nature Center. |

I live among the flowers in Des Moines, Iowa. I capture nature, and flowers in their environment using mostly macro and art lenses. I like to print my photography in such a way that the viewer cannot tell if they are photographs or paintings.
