Jen Lawler
Jen Lawler Designs.com

I am the designer and maker of all my jewelry. I have been creating one of a kind jewelry for over 23 years. I create a modern, clean, easy to wear style. I start from scratch with every piece I create using precious metals such as Yellow and White Gold is Sterlijg Silver along with Natural Gemstones and Freshwster Pearls.

Sara Letsch
Nymph Glass Jewelry.com

I create one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry using fused glass and wire work. After creating the fused glass pieces, I wrap and weave wire together to create gorgeous settings. I then oxidize these using a liver of sulfur solution, followed by polishing. I work in both sterling silver and copper.

Kelly Moore

My name is Kelly Moore and I love to make jewelry. I started out cutting the ends off of old silverware forks or spoons and making bracelets, earrings, and pendants for necklaces.  I am always experimenting and trying new things,(plus i get bored easily,) so I have expanded into using copper and brass, porcelain, glass, rocks, and other found objects in my pieces. I also use my soldering iron or torch to fuse pieces together, have sliced hollow handle butter knives to make rings for necklaces and earrings, and used my diamond blade band saw to cut flattened spoons into the shapes I want.  Really its a lot of fun!  I love it when people bring me their old silverware and ask me to make them something cool.

Mary Nelson
Paulines Jewelry Box.com

My jewelry reflects my passion for antiquing & recycling. I love working with early plastics (e.g., bakelite & lucite), found objects (e.g., vintage pinback buttons, lithograph tin, old bottle tops, transit tokens, electrical resisters, etc.), broken vintage jewelry & charms, leather, metal (especially copper), & gemstone beads to create something new & interesting to wear. I use a variety of techniques in my work, including cold connections, texturing, soldering, riveting, wire-wrapping, enameling, resin-casting, & forming. I take jewelry classes at the Des Moines Art Center, & enjoy learning & experimenting with new techniques. Each piece of jewelry I design is unique, & comes with a story that describes the history of the materials used &/or the message/meaning of the work.

Connie Rodgers

My designs combine brass I manipulate and hand age with my own Moretti glass lamp worked beads. I make my own findings and paint, texture, wire work, patina, and solder brass. Tiny vintage treasures collected on my travels abroad complete my designs. I took my first art class between 3rd and 4th grade and I fell in in love with all things color and design. Many college classes later I’m still learning - now mostly self taught which gives me great freedom to create my own way. I am an Iowa master gardener and get much inspiration from my extensive gardens. I share a home with 12 cats and the love of my life, my husband Dave, who travels the world with me collecting small vintage treasures to create wearable works of art.

I am a self-taught jewelry artist using pocket watches from the 1860's-1930's as my medium. I will also use vintage jewelry, vintage wrist watches and old coins mixed with new findings. My jewelry brings out the beauty of the timepieces while having a timeless look.

Sharon Smith
Designs by Joyful Heart

As a teacher of children with learning and behavior disabilities, I used my free time to pursue activities in Art and Crafts to de-stress. I took all the local classes on metal smithing and forming and soon developed my own style. I set up a studio where I give classes and create jewelry with all kinds of metal and natural stones which I sell at many Art Festivals and Shows and am having a wonderful time in my retirement.

Cheryl Wallace
Lockwood Jewelers.com

I have made miniature sculptures from various media since childhood, but my materials have evolved to precious metals, pearls and gemstones. The narrative and lyrical qualities of art appeal to me, and are reflected in some of the pieces. To me, they dance, peer, ponder and travel on. I forge, fabricate, emboss and cast in sterling and karat gold, incorporating tissue nucleated pearls and gemstones.
